Among jasmine hedges and olive trees, in the residential area of Garda, a few hundred meters from the center and a stone’s throw from the Villa Garda clinic, the spacious apartment “I Cocai” is located in a four-family house, on the first floor, overlooking the Rocca di Garda and has partial lake view. From the gate, there’ s the garden, which has a covered shelter for bicycles or motorbikes and a beautiful gazebo with a stone table and bench, covered by a fragrant jasmine. From here up 18 steps by the private staircase there’ s entrance: a welcoming corridor, where on the left is the living area and on the right, passing under an arch, is the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a 4-burner hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extendable rectangular table; the living room can be separated by the dining/kitchen with sliding doors and consists of a double sofa bed and bookcase with satellite TV. Both from the kitchen and from the living room, doors open onto the beautiful 6 x 1 meter terrace, equipped with chairs, deck chairs and an electric awning, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the gardens, the Rocca di Garda and even a little view of the lake! At the end of the terrace, there is also a closet-laundry room with washing machine. Entering the sleeping area, on the right there is a twin bedroom, on the left a double bedroom with TV, between the two bedrooms a large, completely renovated bathroom with shower. Marble/tile floors, double glazed windows, air conditioning with two splits (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area), safe.
