The house belonged to a well-known and appreciated painter of his time. Passed through the generations, it is now a blend of comfort and art. Cozy and secluded, the first floor apartment, with an independent entrance from the front garden, is ideal for a relaxing and pleasant holiday.

Guest access
Just two minutes walk from the lakefront, shops, markets, pubs and bars. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV. From street level, you go down approx. 15 steps, to reach the entrance gate to the garden (shared with any other guests on the ground floor). The garden is furnished with a table and chairs and also has a barbeque and bicycle rack. The first floor apartment of approx. 80 sq m consists of a living room with large table, comfortable sofa and flat screen TV; full kitchen (4 burners, sink, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher); bedroom with double bed and single bed, recently renovated bathroom with large shower, hairdryer and countertop washbasin.
